When it comes to Nasi Lemak in Changi Village, the International Muslim Food Stall undoubtedly reigns supreme. The star of the show here is unquestionably the sambal. It's an exquisite blend of spiciness, a subtle oiliness, and a hint of dried prawn essence, striking the perfect balance without being overly sweet. The fragrant rice carries a delicate coconut essence, expertly avoiding excessive oiliness while maintaining a remarkable flavor profile. The chicken wings are fried to perfection. They boast a delightful crispy exterior that gives way to a moist and seasoned interior, showcasing culinary expertise.

Not a fan of Nasi lemak however I love the texture of the fried chicken and freshness of the anchovy they served. The taste still the same after 30 over years !!

I have been to this Food Centre many times and tried the various nasi lemak here. I can’t recall if I have ever eaten from this stall. My verdict after eating is: this is among the best if not the best nasi lemak I have eaten. Everything in the dish is perfect - fragrant long-grain rice, fried egg with runny yoke, savoury sweet sambal, light and crispy ikan bilis, and finger licking good fried chicken with lemongrass and blue ginger aroma. It is such a delightful plate of nasi lemak.
