Singapore｜Bukit Merah View Carrot Cake 紅山景菜頭粿

Very old-school type of fried carrot cake. Ordered the white one and it was so delicious and good. Radish was slightly bigger chunks than the others. And their white one is not the crispy type, it's soft and moist. Yum.

Chunky white carrot cake fried with generous servings of chye poh (radish). Its a skill to be able to cook chunky carrot cake that well - You have to be able to coat each pieces. This stall really delivers it well.

Ambience: singapore hawker centre. Food: Perfect. Heartwarming good ole carrot cake. Been eating since a kid and quality nor quantity ever reduced. Service: This uncle is v earnest and friendly. Cost/Value for money: food is the best. I don't eat carrot cake anywhere else.
