One of the local Melaka foods you cannot get outside Melaka - Hee Kiaw noodle/Fish balls noodle. This Mong Seng noodles is amazing (though others will claim there are better ones elsewhere!). Price is reasonable and you can add Yong Tow Foo ingredients. This shop opens from 530pm evening onwards.

Popular lone Yong Tau Hoo stall manned by a family of 3. Saw on google popular stall location so I came to try 😀. Paid $12.60 with a soft drinks really inexpensive n delicious nostalgia bowl of noodles. The locals love it !

I accidentally found Teochew style fish dumpling noodles that just opened at 3.30pm. It is a local favorite. It is delicious, the ingredients are fresh and the soup is good. I fell in love with Malacca’s fried fish balls and fried yuba and decided to go out. Bring some back ❤️
