When you look for pan mee, most will like the soup based and hand pinched. However new variation had evolved from these basic to what mostly known and popularised dry pan mee. The current trend is of course the dry chilli pan mee made famous by the only store Kin Kin Chilli pan mee. Today allow me to share a new found variation with you in this humble tugged away store in Kg Sg Buloh Village near the pasar. This placed serves up a very wicked soup and dry based pan mee but I’ve discovered a very interesting variety called “SAMBAL pan mee”. When you come to the store ask for the normal dry pan mee and they have a super big bowl of Sambal that allow you to take as much as you like. By the time you visit there will probably be a version called Sambal dry pan mee😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
