More Comments at Google MapIf you love "QQ" kind of noodles, this might be the place for you. Whenever I come to Serangoon Gardens, I somehow gravitate towards this stall if the queue isn't too long. My friend tried this but he didn't like it, so pretty subjective here.
Bossi banmian is SUPERB. Extremely flavourful and unlike any other banmian out there. I’ll get to the flavours but first the noodles are cooked on point - if you like al dante / QQ noodles, bossi is for you. We had both the banmian and u-Mian. Guess what the u Mian was chewy too! Normally stalls will screw up the umian cause of how thin it is. Next their soup is truly one-of-a-kind, it’s sweet, it’s salty and super comforting. I think they added preserved veggie in the soup and it elevates the whole dish. We finished the soup... lastly their chilli is unique too! Reminds me of the Indonesian sambal ijo with an added spicy kick. And it’s really different from all the sour orange chilli usual banmian stalls use. A must try! DONT be fooled by their weird sign board.
Soup was excellent, chilli was unique and appetising, noodles and ingredients were on point and fresh. Love this ban mian!
