Singapore｜Xin Ban Mian

Really like the dry ban mian served with soup & runny egg. It’s abit salty but I like that it’s sweet n spicy for the dry version. Soup wise also not salty n comforting. The fried pork was ok. Nothing special. Note portion really small even for small eater so need to add portion. Highly recommend to try & worth the travel! 2nd visit. Order the soup version. The taste is very comforting although I can feel msg afterwards when drink half bowl of soup. Still can try

Always order the pork belly ban mian dry version, the chilli is nice, a little too spicy for me but for those who like it hot, must try.

One of the best Ban Mian I ever tasted. Noodle is springy, very Q. Stir well as there are black sauce below. Together with the sauce it's another level of goodness. Must try!!
