Singapore｜505 Fried White Carrot Cake

One of the better (white) carrot cakes I had around in Singapore. I ordered the non-spicy menu - the omelette was crispy, flavour enhanced by the 'chai poh' added to it, and really great biting texture. Be prepared to wait; you can always order first and get other food. The lady taking orders may not be the most friendly, but has an amazing memory who ordered first.

One of my favourite spot for breakfast. I only ate black carrot cake prior to this stall, and they have converted me to a white carrot cake-only person. I love how they are cooked in big chunks, the taste of the egg is quite prominent. Goes very well with a little bit of chilli. They only sell one item - white carrot cake at $3/$4/$5. 10 minutes wait on a Wednesday morning.

One of the best fried carrot cakes around. It’s not your standard looking white carrot cake. Rather it’s less proper looking with bits of black carrot cake mixed in but the taste is amazing. And the black carrot cake is just amazing with slightly charred pieces that give you a crispy mouth feel. Min price is $3. I would recommend the black one with extra egg.
