Singapore｜Teck Ghee Court Market & Food Centre

Visited for breakfast after taking part in Bishan parkrun. It was quite busy and you need a minute to take everything in if you’re not used to this type of place. We got food and drinks from a few different vendors - the prices are not expensive, the quality is good and there is a wide variety of different foods. The local people were friendly and we had a chat with a few we were sitting next to. Overall a great experience

All in one place for food, from cooked food to raw food from neighboring wet market, plus stores that sells household appliances, Chinese medicine. Daily make shift stalls also tend to offer interesting merchandise, such as super cleaners, kitchenware, handphone accessories adding lifeliness to the otherwise quiet stores. ATMs and AXS machines, with at least 3 coffee shops offer added food choices. Can get busy just browsing here. Bus stop is just by the food court facing Ang Mo Kio Bishan Park, popular with walkers gathering.

Traditional hawker Center. We went there for bak kut teh and braised pork knuckle, which both are flavourful and big portions. Please prepare for long wait during lunch hours.
