Best fried carrot cake that is finely chopped and fried to a golden crisp with the occasional charr! The radish bits are aggregated to nice thin slabs that are held up by the coating of beaten eggs. The masterful control of the high heat is what makes the slabs of golden goodness crisp with egg fragrance. This version is not fried and steeped together with chai por. Instead, the chai poh is generously served at the sides for your own control of adding sweet chewiness to the savoury medly of soft radish cake with crispy egg batter. What an experience! Was fortunate to get this plate within 10 mins this morning!

One of the best fried carrot cake in Singapore. The fried Carrot Cake is very fragrant and the eggs used to fried the carrot is aplenty that makes every bite so rich and tasty. With their “soul” preserved vegetable (Cai Por) added, you know the 45 minutes wait is very worth it. A really underrated stall situated at Khatib. Will definitely come back again and this time, pack a few more packets home. :p

Was here at 0630AM and hardly any queue (12 min). Person behind ordered 9 packets so good luck to those behind her 🤣 If you get here, seriously don't waste your time + stomach, just order the plates with mini prawns as it takes the carrot cake experience to a whole new dimension, don't know what you are missing out on till you have tried For those commenting about the long wait, did you even witness the painstaking labour each plate takes to cook and prepare? Come early and if don't intend to wait then better still, less queue for the rest of us true customers 👍🏻 fyi they are sold out every single day!!!
