Should include plain water in the menu I guess, for those who just wants to rest a bit and hang out for a little while before continuing the shopping journey inside SACC Mall (since it's a big mall) 😅 I feel like when I just ordered plain water that wasn't on the menu, I got some backlashes side eyes from inside the counter and it made us feel a little bit uncomfortable.. :') maybe the staff can be a little bit friendly hence we can recommend more to our other family and friends to come here in the future.. However, the ambience and vibes are nice and ecstatic.. just wished we were more welcomed.. :') thank you Kaffle Kop for the little rest we got from sitting down a bit

Ambiance wise, this place is superb. Taste the coffee and you will definitely come again. A good place to relax, having a nice chat with friends and family while sipping a cup of coffee of your choice

Simply amazing place. A hidden gem of a cafe. Savoury and delicious sandwhich with amazing taste coffee (im no connoisseur). Will come again, please do try their roasted sandwhich. Abundant meat and seems like freshly made bread (not your factory churned out bread). Do enjoy and spread the love.
