Best value breakfast set at $2.00. I have yet to come across one that is at this price and with good coffee, soft boiled eggs and kaya toast. Coffee sweetness is just right. You can request for sweeter or thicker coffee. Please note the breakfast set is only available from 7am to 12pm and applicable for dine in only. Apart from breakfast set, there's western food, chef place. Very affordable priced and yummy. Mala Xiang Guo is good too. Get to choose the items you want and charge by weight. $1 for vegetable, $3 for meat.

Considered a very clean kopitiam. The Western food here is very affordable and generous portion. Just $7.50 for a complete set of chicken chop with 2 side dishes. The coffee shop auntie will assist and serve the drinks.
