Another great all time favourite hawker centre that offers lots of local favourites in the evening from Bak Chor Mee, Seng Kee Kidney Mee Sua, Bbq chicken wings, Bbq sting ray, satay, fried carrot cake, fried hokkien mee and many more. Quite a small hawker centre with limited tables so it is best advised to be early to get your seats. Some of the stalls like the famous bak chor mee can be busy during peak periods and waiting time can be up to 45mins. Most of the stalls are self service. Not so much service there as we order and pay first, when the beeper beeps then you go collect. Tables are quite clean at times as most of us clear up after we eat. Prices of food are quite reasonable depending on what you order. Nice place for gathering with friends. Will definitely come back again from time to time. 😋👍⭐️

Found a quaint little stall selling kitchenware in the dry market section and picked up a nice little enamel mug that has the amazing ability of super-cooling hot water in the shortest time (shy of adding ice cubes) Very rare to find such thick quality too Rare find

First time here. Arrived at 3pm. Very quite. Only few stalls are opened. Tried foods as per photo. Amazing delicious!! Pig organ soup with mee sua- vey thick herbal soup, pork kidney and pork liver are very clean without smell. The pork slices are very think and smooth. Nasi lemak- OMG! It looks so ordinary but ho… I tell you, the chicken wing is a MUST to try! Marinated with spices and very juicy!!!! Lemak rice taste good as well. Teow Chew fish ball noodle- the soup was long boiled with soybean and ikan bilis. Very clear soup based. I saw the soybean and ikan bilis still boiling in the soup. I couldn’t resist and asked a small portion to taste. OMG!!! Indeed very fresh ingredients! Fish ball also very chewy without fishy smell. I also tried the Teow Chew laksa- their sambal got dried shrimp and shallot. Very fragrance and can eat bowls of rice just with it! Laksa gravy is very thick and fragrance. Beside si ham, they also served lala with the laksa. My sons told me food here are even better than Bedok 85 food market! Hahaha.. We will definitely come back again from Kallang for our next visit! :)
