More Comments at Google MapFriendly and attentive staffs! As it was our first time having laksa this style, the counter staff was very nice to advise us how to go about it. Great selection of ingredients that you can choose to add into your laksa. Abit like yong tau foo style. The serving staffs will approach you to get your drinks order after you're seated. You can make your payment after everything is served. They have options for dry or soup laksa. We had the impression that the dry laksa would be something like stir fried dry dish with laksa flavour or something like that. But it's actually just a separation of laksa soup from your noodles and the noodles will be drizzled with black sauce. Good option if you have kids with you that cant take spicy food. The laksa soup was amazing, soupy and flavourful but not overpowering. The taste of the laksa spices and coconut were well balanced and compliment each other well. The soup was so good i almost finished the whole bowl! Didnt feel thirsty after nor was it too heavy so that's really great! For the ingredients, was impressed that the sotong is really really fresh! The black quail eggs is a must have!
20230727 local brought me here. Apparently is his school time favourite and its now become famous. You can choose from plenty of ingredient that you would like it to be added to your noodle . may it be curry or clear soup. you have a choice of yellow noodle, bee hoon, hor fun or lou shu fun to choose from. As for the ingredient, i cant name them all as there are a lot, from fresh oyster , prawn to normal small meat ball. So, the price vary, can be up tp RM3x++ per bowl depend on what u and how much u get for the ingredient. I wud said i choose quite normal, fish ball, some meat ball, lady finger, brinjals... cost me RM20+. Not really cheap if you consider the location, a food stall so to speak. Its can be very hot when the weatheris , yes, HOT. Luckily , its was gloomy when i went and still i sweat like rain.
Friends who want to eat spicy spicy sauce that is not spicy can come to Kuan Chung on the third floor of Johor Bahru. It is delicious😋....especially their family-herited Sambal. The chili is top-notch👍👍👍Sambal. The more you add, the more fragrant it will be...special👍🤤 👍🤤👍🤤Good stuff!
