Singapore｜Min Ji Laksa

Nice bowl of Laksa that is full of ingredients. Took the $3.5 version and was quite full. Soup has got a good coconut flavour and is robust yet soothing in taste. Ingredients include egg, tau pok, meatballs, fish cake etc. Friendly and quick service. Short waiting time on a weekday afternoon.

Quite a lot ingredients for the S$4 portion, nice thick gravy that is not overpowering with balance of spices and coconut milk. Aesthetically not as pleasing to the eyes without the red chilli oil until you try it but overall taste okay. I have tried the mee rebus some years back and has forgotten how it tasted, I will come back and try before commenting on the mee rebus.

Laksa sauce was thick and rich in flavor. Starting from $4 a bowl, and you can add extra ingredients for additional $1. Ingredients include hard boiled egg, sliced fish cake, tau pok, cockles and bean sprout etc.
