Singapore｜Pang's Hakka Noodles

I heard so much about Pang’s Hakka noodle recently. And somehow recalled I had it once when they first started at Tekka Mall. I decided to drop by today to give them a try. It still taste as good like the first time I had it. I did try some other Hakka noodle elsewhere but never quite give me that impression of returning back. But for Pangs Hakka noddle, it’s some comfort dish I would visit weekly given the economical pricing. And being a foodie, chef myself I wonder if the cost makes sense for that selling price. Again images speak a thousand word. I love this neighbourhood, and now since it’s so near to my work place, I will definitely come more often. Great job to the stall owner. By the way, the service staff put on lovely smile despite in a non-air conditioned work environment, the food preparer was careful to ask if I would prefer my chilli served separately from the bowl of noodle. 👍🏻

The second time I ate there was also the first time I visited the coffee shop at 470B Yishun St 42. Although it is their second branch, it is still delicious. Worth eating The environment here is clean

Openly opened Hakka Yong Tau Foo, by celebrity Chef Pang, constantly having long queue when I visited the stall on Saturday. Had the signature noodle, great taste even without chilli but I must say the Hei Bi Hiam chili elevated the taste of noodle. Love the ingredients that came with the noodle, not your usual standard items. As a chicken wing lover, the fried chicken wing is very good, especially with the specially made chili sauce (different from the one for the noodle). The 算盤子 is pretty chewy, quite different from what I had in the past and it's great to share with friends. Best to visit the stall during off peak hours to avoid long queues.
