Alright. I did not know that soybean pudding could taste THIS GOOD. I’ve always had reservations about soybean pudding in general… aka I wasn’t a huge fan of soybean. But the TEXTURE of this soybean pudding was almost *magical* for the mouth feels. It had just the right amount of sweetness and the pudding was silky but not soft or mushy. My husband and I devoured this within seconds and were saddened by the fact that we were just too full to get another. If you’re at the Old Airport Road hawker center, you must give this a try! Even if you’re not a fan of soybean pudding (like me). It might change your mind.

Four people ordered two cups of original soy milk and two portions of original bean curd. The weather was hot and it was just enough to quench their thirst. The tofu curd is very delicate, with a texture like pudding, and the soy milk is also delicious, without any bean dregs at all. It tastes so good that I can’t stop drinking it, so I bought two more cups... The shop owner is an old man and very kind. The business in the store is also very good
