Their Standards are back!! Their you tiao 油条， 面线, pancakes used to be my favorite in sg. Until... They start shifting locations ... 3 times! After shifting 3 locations, they get a bad rep for serving lumpy you tiao 油条， soggy mee sua pancakes whatever.... But today's visit after more than 3 years ago , they serve great food again! I was here when they shift the 3rd time to this last location. I agree their food is not fresh served. I guess their previous popularity lead them to pre-cook too many to be left cold lumpy when their customers volume drops too many from their shifting locations. I guess they readjust their preparations timing again to suit the lower volume crowds. I'm so happy i get to eat their fresh crunchy pancakes, you tiao and i still loved their mian xian. I'd definitely be back for more supper again!
