Fantastic laksa with a rich, complex flavor profile, but without the heat—perfect for those who prefer milder spice levels. The stall consistently draws a long queue, a testament to its popularity. Priced at just $5.80 for a generous bowl, it’s great value for money. The coffeeshop itself is bustling, even as early as 10 a.m., making it a vibrant community hub. As a bonus, bird enthusiasts will appreciate the adjacent pavilion where locals display their feathered friends. A must-visit spot for food and bird lovers alike.

Went to have this Laksa on 16/06/2023 after seeing many review . At last managed to try it paid $5.80 for a bowl and the taste is really good and Cockles is good size I would say . Lastly the lady is very friendly too . Expect long queue too . As for the coffeeshop nothing special to comment .

I was third time lucky: came here on two previous occasions to try the laksa, but it was sold out. There are two options - $4.80 and $5.80. "For $5.80, you get more toppings", explained the lady chef. I greedily chose the $5.80 option. I like "more toppings" instead of "more noodles". Everyone mentioned the size of the cockles. Yes, they were jumbo sized. As impressive as this is, what I felt was even better was the generous use of dried shrimp in the laksa broth. The dried shrimps were surprisingly intact, not pounded, and the texture was soft, showing that the dried shrimps must have been simmering in the laksa broth for hours. Most of the umami flavour of the dried shrimps was in the broth. With each mouthful, I was transported to a different world - as if my brain shut down all other functions so that it can focus entirely on the burst of flavour in my mouth. What a delight! For $5.80, I received three half slices of prawn. The prawns were fresh and sweet. Was very impressed with the laksa. I would rate it as among the best in Singapore! Value 4/5 Taste 5/5
