More Comments at Google MapWould say this is of the most crispy and flaky curry puff I have ever had … something like A1 but very much better ! There is 4 flavours curry chicken , sardine , black pepper chicken and yam . I tasted the 3 savoury flavours. Curry chicken has a wet filling with egg inside and chunky chicken . Sardine has mackerel with a lot of filling . My Favourite is black pepper chicken, inside the flaky pastry crust it has thickly flavoured black pepper gravy with chunky chicken .
By far the best curry puff I have had in Singapore. Puff was crusty and fluffy, not oily at all. Baked? I am not a chef, so someone must teach me. The filling has much potato and chicken. Has just a bit of kick, tender meat, nice curry flavor. The filling is the best part. No wonder people keep coming back. One piece is less than $2, which is quite amazing and generous. So much skills are put into these puffs. What a gem, I tell you.
I love the moon cake which they only sell during mid autumn. Need to order way ahead. It’s to die for! For curry puff, I don’t eat often, as I prefer the non-crispy ones.
