Singapore｜Liang Ji Legendary Char Kway Teow

Been following them in FB for some time already. Tried the regular CKT when he was at Waterloo. Today, I went just to try the Mala CKT and it did not disappoint. Makes your mouth a little numb. Wanted to try other dishes but I was alone and my stomach has no space left. 😃

It does have the 60s,70s original taste of char Kway teow. The addition of fresh oysters have improved the level. The boss personally serve the food to our table, adding one more stars to 6 🌟. Thumbs up 👍

What a humble uncle! I've been following him wherever he moved - from Rochor to Bugis and now Telok Blangah. His MALA char kway teow, fried rice, and carrot cake are incredibly delicious with ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ratings!
