The soup had celery/parsley vegetable notes to it, and was really smokey. Meat slices were tender. Prawn ball was chunky and had bits of tobiko for extra bite. #1 Signature Mee Hoon Kway (Dry) I found the dry version is more flavourful than the soup version with their umami sauce. Do give your noodles a good toss to let the dark, smokey sauce coat all the ingredients. Would have liked more sauce, didn't have enough to go around. In the dry version, their rich, porky soup housed the egg, and does not have smokey notes.Note: On some days, the dark sauce runs out early.

Best mee hoon kuay in Sg! Soup is very flavorful and the noodles are soft and perfectly cooked. Ask for egg to be half cook and stall owner is generous when you ask for more ikan Bilis.

First time trying this as I was recommended by an ex-colleague. The best tasting ban mian I ever tasted. Chili sauce was unique, slightly sour, which I like. Tried the signature soup - it had a nice smokey taste, ban mian was very q. Also tried the noodle which my colleague ordered. Wow, the chilli sauce was fantastic. Would love to have that the next time!
