My favourite Kway Chap stall. Opens very early from 630am and closes around 9am. They have many different cuts of meat and you get to select those that are to your liking. They are typically open Wed to Sun but don't be surprised if they are not open. Good value for money.

Clean subtle taste. No overpowering taste of spices. Much much better than the other stall in the food centre. But must go early in the morning. Sold out by 9.30am

My all time favourite Kway Chap in Singapore. Ate here for 30 over years and it’s part of my comfort food in the morning. It open super early at 6am and normally sold out after 8am. Queue is always long and mostly the old timers like me. So you have about 2 hours to try out this old traditional kway chap. Couldn’t believe no bloggers review this place at all for it is wide varieties of pig’s parts (pig’s tongue, intestines, ears (sometimes), belly, skin, etc etc) and their own mix of chilli sauce.
