Singapore｜Bukit Merah View Kway Chap

This is one of the longest running stalls in West and when it comes to Kway Chup, this is the place to go for. The ingredients, especially innards, are thoroughly cleaned and without the awful smell. The selections are well marinated and broth flavorful in it's supposed and original taste. This is the longest-running stall in the west of Singapore. If you want to eat Teochew Kuey Juice, this is the place. The internal organs have no smell, and the ingredients are also very fresh, and the marinade is very tasty. Prices and portions are very reasonable.

Still the best kueh chap in Singapore after so many years. Glad that they opened here, next to multi storey Carpark, easier to park and the young man cutting the innards is fast and efficient. Self service and queue moved fast. Will visit again. Highly recommend! Very satisfying lunch! 👍🏻

The innards were well flavoured yet not salty. The cook ensures to run the plate of innards through the soup before serving, leaving a pinch of herbal taste along with the stew. Totally enjoyed it. The kway was particularly fragrant. It felt like the kway had been 'fried' before, or some kind of flavour had been ingrained before it was boiled through the soup. $12 for the portion (with Xiao Fen added), it's pretty affordable for a delicious plate of kway chap.
