Singapore｜Jiak Song Mee Hoon Kway (Bukit Batok)

The noodles are springy, soup is tasty, egg is cooked just right with fried anchovies meat ball, prawn ball and meat slices. Very flavourful but it is slightly oily to my preference. It even has its own cool metal tray !

Jiak Song has opened their newest outlet at Bukit Batok on 10 Feb 2022. I am not a fan of Mee Hoon Kway as I preferred thin kinda of noodles. . What I had is their Signature All-In-One Combo which includes Mee Hoon Kway with Minced Pork, Pork Sliced, Pork Ball, Shrimp Ball and Egg, topped with Ikan Bilis. . Glad that I decided to give this a try as I love the soup base with a hint of smoky flavour. . One of the best MHK I ever try , soup is power with Wok Hey flavour, seldom find such a taste in most of the MHK, definitely worth it , will come again next time, highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍
