The food is fantastic. Ngoh Hiang taste very different from other shops. It's a must try. Babi Ponteh was super. The pork is cooked to perfection. The fats created a very nice touch to the meat. Sambal sotong well created, a dish my mom will avoid (most outside is tough) liked it because it's not over chewy. Sambal Nonya silverfish fried rice, excellent! You have to try it to understand - displayed the chef skill (wok hei!)

Just had the most amazing meal at Pow Sing! We were here during dinner time on a Saturday and there was a slight queue and the staff gave us a menu to browse through and order. As soon as we were seated, a staff came to us to give us our sauces and cutlery, and not a few seconds later, 2 staff came to us swiftly to give us our rice and our plate of half chicken. They even told us where to find the different parts of the chicken should we fail to locate them on the plate. As I needed more sauce, I got the attention of another staff who was quick to ask what I needed and soon returned with all 3 sauces. The chicken rice was yummy and I was pleased that there were no bones; definitely 5 stars for the service and experience!

Food is delicious, portions are filling and service is great! Had the Parents’ Day set for 5 and it’s really worth the price. Will definitely be back for more!
