Singapore｜The Flying Chef Private Kitchen

The whole dining experience is fantastic, from the tastefully decorated home (老公 was the one who pointed out that Chef Simon has collections of designer speakers), warm humble fun Chef Simon who answered more than 20 of our questions about flying and aeroplanes and SIA (hope we are not blacklisted) to the yummilicious home cooked peranakan dinner. The mee siam and white pepper sri lanka crab are the must have for me although every dish is just soooo nicely done. Safe to say, we will definitely be back!

An amazing dining experience we had last night at Chef Simon private dining kitchen. Chef stay true to the heritage and upgrade the cuisine to a new level. The selection was so extensive and ask for chef recommendations. He and his wife was so friendly and warm to make us felt as we are having a family dinner. Their passion are so awesome that few of my colleagues are looking to secure the next available slots. We had a great dinner last night. We were deeply touched by the passion of the chef and his wife for Peranakan cuisine.

Ordered the mee siam for the second time! Yummy and balanced taste! Kueh salat was so fresh and the fragrance that gently whiff out of the box was made even better when a slice was popped into the mouth! Above all, Chef Simon is very nice! Highly recommended! Thank you for the great Sunday breakfast! Hope to dine at your place one day!
