Really great dimsum. Delicate skin, fresh ingredients, pricey but large portions. You can also customize to 4 items per basket for larger groups. In particular the dahongpao tea was fragrant and the scallion oil noodles was fantastic

Came at 3pm on a Sunday so there wasn't much of a crowd. Service is attentive and polite. We liked the careful plating of the dim sum and comfortable seating. Will definitely be back again.

This is my 1st visit to Cao Yue Xuan, located at Capitol. They have a lot of dim sum varieties, both common and unique are available. Tried a number of their dim sum and all were surprising satisfying. The traditional dim sum taste great and the more unique like chili crab siew mai, pear shape fried dough, are very yummy. The scallion noodle is definitely a must try. Serving was fast as the food start appearing shortly after ordering via online.
