Impressed by the level of staff efficiency! The queue was quite long but it moved along quickly. Food was served the moment we sat down because we were given a QR code to place our orders while waiting in line.

Service here were even excellent! 🥰 They were super friendly and welcoming. Actually this was 2nd outlet we went as 2 days ago we went to their another branch at Raffles place (Bridge Road). My love and I went here (Song Fa Bakuteh Jem outlet) yesterday almost 9pm and luckily they invited us to dine in there as around this timing most of the restaurants wouldn’t take any customer. Food prepared even faster and they even gave us 3 bowls of bakuteh soup free of charge! Love their big and clean tables & chairs ! Super cozy 😍

Finally found it! Was looking for the peppery soup and here it was! Tried several bak ku teh and this is my favourite! Value for money.. Big portions, ice water at 30 cents and best of all their chilli condiment.. Yum yum yummy!
