Singapore｜Nan Hwa Chong Fish Head Steamboat

My go-to place for fish head steamboat! Soup is very rich and tasty especially towards the end, and fish is always cooked to perfection. As for sides, the fermented pork is a must-try; super crispy and well marinated!

Located in an old shop, this place has been around for many years. Food was delicious, tried the groupa fish head pot. Fish is fresh. Additional soup can be added, but dilutes the taste.

I love to eat fish. This restaurant is said to be famous since long time ago. So I went to try. The soup base is surprisingly simple, well mixed and flavourful. The soup is refillable! Must come early to avoid the crowd/disappointment of waiting for too long. Reservation is available.
