Singapore｜Wuming Hainanese Chicken Rice 無名海南雞飯

Solid chicken rice, very tender, the 1/4 size is perfect for 2 people to share in addition to the set. The rice is not the most flavorful, but overall was less greasy than the hawkers which I appreciate. The roasted one wasn't that different from the steamed one tbh. Veggies are well steamed, not overcooked and still green.

Ordered a steamed chicken set at just $5.50, with a flavourful, not too oily chicken feet soup on the side. Exactly what I needed to satisfy my chicken rice craving! Sitting in the eatery was also not too warm to enjoy the dish, for a sunny day. Would return to try other dishes like their noodles and congee!

The star of the show, the Hainanese Chicken, was a masterpiece in simplicity. Tender, moist, and bursting with flavor, each bite transported me to the vibrant streets of Hainan. The chef's meticulous attention to detail was evident, as the chicken boasted the perfect balance of seasoning and a silky smooth texture.
