Singapore｜Seletar Sheng Mian•Mee Hoon Kway 實里達生面•麵粉粿

We do frequent here and the queue is always very long at our usual 9-10am timing. We came today around 8am to try this stall. Ordered a bowl of mee hoon kway and Sheng mian soup. Soup was solid, not salty but flavourful. The 4.5 version came with a fresh prawn, a handful of spinach, an egg and a few slices of pork. It was the perfect way to start the weekend with a wholesome meal. Well deserved 5 stars.

This is the best mee Hoon kueh in Singapore. I have eaten here since 2005. The food is very tasty and very consistent. Owner is also very friendly, and has passed down to younger generations whom he trained well.

Great food. Comes with impatient efficient service, fresh ingredients, stellar broth and reasonablish prices and looong queues of 10-15 customers sometimes. Crowds start getting bad by 7.30am
