Ordered take away Mee Goreng and Chicken Briyani. 2nd time as the last visit bought BeeHoon Goreng. Standard Indian style dishes and importantly staff is polite and have products knowledge. Able to recommend what customer may want by suggesting their favourite and recommended food. And of course the food is delicious. Will be back. Good work Haji Kadir Restaurant

When in Haji Kadir, Tulang is on the menu. While the taste of the tulang gravy is an individual preference, here, it is perhaps one of the best. The gravy for the tulang is not too spicy, not too watered down and sticks well to the French loaf. It has slight hints of sweetness to it which makes it perfect to eat or just slurp it down like soup. Priced quite competitively, it makes more value here. The tulang itself is very tender to the point of melting off the bones. The sizes of the tulang here are OK, certain orders you can get a mix of small and large sizes, however, the portions are consistent. It is great for those trying it for the first time. Aside from the tulang, other menu items are standard affairs. The place is roomy with plenty of seats and well ventilated. Payment via cash, mobile, cards are accepted.

Like having my comfort meals at this restaurant opposite my place at Lavender. The menu is extensive and the staff are friendly. They may be wondering how strange my order is but I simply love asking for fried mee hoon with an onion omlette on top of the noodles. The staff and chef always oblige and present my ‘Mee Hoon and Omelette’ very nicely. I have tasted their other dishes such as rojak, roti prata and fried rice. The whole place reminds me about my pre-covid trips to Malaysia (eg. Malacca) and having meals at quiet corners in Malacca in a quiet afternoon. Will certainly be back early in the morning tomorrow to eat their roti prata. ❤️
