Singapore｜Lin Yu Mei (林玉梅) Kolo Mee Anchorvale

They served really good Sarawak kolo mee and the secret to it lies within the noodles. The noodles are really springy and soaks up all the flavours really well. The char siu could be better but no complains there. The minced pork is really tasty and adds a different texture and bite to the overall dish. Not everyday you get something good in Sengkang neighborhood area.

Came on a Mon morning no queue. Nice bowl of kolo mee. Ingredients and sauce were very fragrant and well absorbed into the noodle. In the same coffee shop I bought epok epok from the Malay stall. Wow! The crust so thin and packed with ingredients. Love it! I bought sardine puff too but not yet try it.
