Singapore｜FuLee Seafood 富俐海鲜

Arrived about 7pm dinner crowd. Waited almost 40min for our food. Could see the cashier lady was overwhelmed and ppl scolding her due to the long wait time. Poor thing. Ordered the seafood mee hoon, 虾棗, spinach soup with century egg and 2 different pork rice. The mee hoon is the best! Rich in flavour and the seafood used were fresh. Spinach soup was so so, could have added salted egg would be better. 虾棗 taste nothing to shout about. Being a coffeeshop, it’s a little warm but the place is relatively clean. Would recommend eating there. Worth eating there.

Update: standard dropped. The hor fun gravy is very watery and not much of wok hei as the past. Sad thing. Quality control lost. Service same. Wok hei fried rice is my favourite and their white beehoon is another highlight too Brought my family to try out this zichar stall some time back, try a few of their dishes. Not every dish we ordered are to our liking, the yutiao is not what we expected but taste ok. I think by far their 菜脯自制滑豆腐 is the best of all.
