Aug 2023: Back here again and ordered the sambal kangkong...the sambal still so good...ask the staff do they sell or where they buy from..and say was made in-house...arghh......... Perfect place to get a nice hot soup in such rainy weather or any weather in fact. Would say this place is a mini hidden gem, with soups and zi char dishes. Prices are very reasonable for the quality, taste and portion. Ordered the black chicken herbal soup, and the soup was rich, thick, savoury but not salty, and highly recommend the sambal kangkong, and glad they used proper sambal and it tasted really sambal, spicy and very well done, as a lot of places these days their sambal KK tasted un-sambal generally with the sambal looking brownish un-spicy etc. Would be back again to try the other zi char dishes.

Soup is delicious and full of aroma. Reasonable variety of Tze Char dishes at very affordable prices. Located at Junction Nine mall with aircon.

Hidden gem of Yishun, damn good soup every time since 5 years back. Standard never drop. San lo hor fun looks plain, but the flavour and wok hei is on point! If eat in can top up soup once. Some staff have attitude, but just ignore them la.
