In general, a pretty decent value for money place and don't forget they do free corkage as well! 1. The crab noodles were damn good, without the crab, I can just go nuts on the noodles itself. - The crab was fresh and plump and packed so much goodness within those shells. - the noodles packed so much damn flavor it was just amazing 2. Golden corn kernels or smth was just pops of flavor in your mouth. Corn with salted egg was just great to start the meal 3. Prawn with salted egg, dish was done so well! 4. Venison is one of the key dishes to order here. Surprisingly tender, similar taste to beef but so good A meal for 12 with one crab dish set us back around $444. Surprisingly it was very affordable! If we removed the crab dish, it would have been only $300!!

Heard quite a few good things about Long Ji Zi Char and decided to gather a few of my friends to come here for a Friday dinner. All seats before 8.15pm were already fully reserved 2 weeks before so we had to settle for a late dinner. Ordered the dishes which I saw were featured / must order on social media. Everything was generally good but my favorites were the crab bee hoon, steamed fish, fermented sauce pork and gong bao chicken. These 4 dishes make me want to come back again. The crab bee hoon is no joke, many consider it to be one of the best in Singapore, and I heartily agree.

The legendary Long Ji Crab Bee Hoon. Full of wok hey and yet the crab is still nice and tender. Bee hoon fully absorb all the umami of the crab gravy, too good! The abalone noodle is also super good, in fact all the dishes are good. Owner-chef Mac is also a wonderful host. 👍🏻
