I have a soft spot for this stall because it is one of the only stalls open late. Even if you come here at 9pm when other stalls are closed, they are ready to make you a nice meal. The lady here is really friendly and can make some good suggestions on how to compliment your meal. I ordered quite a few things off the menu. Chef is very quick and can get some really good wok-hei in his dishes and some really delicious flavour. I especially like the Hong Kong noodles. As mentioned, along with the chef, it is the lady who makes this work. She is a powerhouse, keeping track of all the orders and still delivering good service in a multitude of languages and dialects.

You know, where there is a queue in otherwise quiet food court, it could be worth queuing. Had to wait half an hour but definitely worth it! Excellent ginger beef! Very tasty. Kai lan was nice as a side dish.
