Singapore｜阿嬷吃面 Ah Ma Chi Mian

Not the 1st time I am having Ah Ma Chi Mian. I order my go-to always at this brand. A meatball bak chor mee pok $6 and a specialty sauce pig livers $5.80. Had my meepok with added chilli and pork lard(whenever possible). Lovely 6pieces of juicy meatballs came with the order. Meepok cooked just nice, only downside is the amount of noodles slightly lesser than other BCM places. The pig livers are to die for. I settle my cravings for a perfectly cooked pig liver usually at this brand. The sauce compliments the livers well, topped with some pork lards. Superb! Will definitely continue supporting them.

One of the best noodles around. Noodles are springy and nice. Long Q always, beat the crowd by coming early. Best part of the deal relatively affordable price for the qty of ingredients. The Mee Sua is one of the best! Chilli is good too.
