Singapore｜Yu Pan Kway Teow Soup Fish Soup 御品粿条汤鱼汤 @ Canberra

Have tried this franchise at a few places. So far quite consistently good. Noodles nicely cooked. The sauce is delicious. It comes with nice crunchy pork lard. Soup is tasty (although a bit on the salty side). The fried fish stuff (not sure what it is called) is good!

Very interesting combination of fish ball, fried fish, mince pork and pork slice giving the soup a robust taste of mince pork soup. Ingredients wise is fresh and quite a huge portion for the price. Overall a nice experience in a quiet Hdb area.

One of my favourite noodles because it is simply and delicious. Well worth the effort to travel to eat the Keow Tiao soup.
