Super yummy MHK!! I love the texture and qq-ness, my second week in a row visiting :)) mala mhk at $9.9 and chicken cutlet at $7.9 but worth IMO :) They have so many options and variations will definitely be back to try more!

I came across this handmade mee hoon kueh on Instagram, so I decided to give it a try. There was a bit of a miscommunication at the start because the owner was quite busy, which resulted in a long wait time to be attended. I initially wanted to order the dried mee hoon kueh with veggies and mushrooms, which looked incredibly appetising in the pictures - not in menu. However, there was a mix-up, and I ended up with a different dried mee hoon kueh (one on the menu instead). Even though it wasn't what I originally wanted, the taste of the mee hoon kueh that was served was delightful. It included cabbages, bean sprouts, fish cake, and prawn, somewhat resembling your typical char kway teow. The aunty running the shop felt bad about the mix-up and kindly offered me a complimentary cup of warm barley drink. I'm definitely planning to return and try the other varieties of mee hoon kueh they offer.

They serve a variety of rice & noodle dishes, with the most famous is their dry mee hoon kueh! I tried, 😋Wok Hei Stir Fry Mee Hoon Kueh (Dry) I’ve not seen this elsewhere so I decided to try this over the dry mee hoon kueh. Reminisce char kway teow, this has a prominent wok hei & subtle sweetness from the sauce. The noodle texture very chewy & the thickness is spot on. Generous in the ingredients too! 😋Chicken Cutlet Handmade Noodles The texture of the handmade noodles absolutely sublime – incredibly chewy & the fried till golden brown chicken cutlet is a 10/10. Crispy exterior while the meat remains juicy. 😋HK Style Handmade Noodles The most comforting bowl with spam & egg together with the addictive chewy noodle!!! The dry sauce also binds all together. 😋Fermented Red Wine Chicken Popular as a confinement dish & hardly find it elsewhere. The red wine broth is not as strong, making it more drinkable with a sweet herbaceous taste. The chicken cooked just right & remained tender & took on the flavour of the broth. 😋Fried Sticky Cake Lightly battered yet still retained much of a crisp. Combination between the chewy nian gao, soft yam & pumpkin, with crisp skin is heaven! Not greasy too! 😋Super Crispy Prawn Fritter Crispy & crunchy batter & a pleasant surprise inside the batter beside the fresh prawn, got sweet corn as well to gave it some sweetness 😋Spam Fries The Only Kind Of Spam I Love‼️ 😋Fried Seafood Roll Fried perfectly with crisp outer, the inside filling very substantial
