Singapore｜Sin Kian Heng Noodle

Our 2go2 place for our Bak Chor Mee fix.. Noodle nice and the Pork Trotters. Yummy. Price reasonable. Owner veri busy yet friendly. Expected long waits and take time to find seats.. they open at 7am to 2pm except Monday.

The Mee Kia dry (小碗面) was good with the noodles springy with some bite and evenly coated in fragrant dark sauce. The chilli heat was satisfying and not overly spicy. I enjoyed it

Very nice minced meat noodles and shop opens early. A very good thing is if you add noodles, they do not charge. They have many options of adding different kind of ingredients to your noodles. They used to have very nice fish dumplings but recently I think they stopped which is quite a waste. Definitely one of my favourite noodles in the Sin Ming/Bishan area.
