Singapore｜Chai Chee Minced Meat Noodle

Bought the $5 version. Don’t feel that much different from $4 one. Taste is decent. Soup is light and not that oily.

Have been patronizing this stall for more than 20years. So far it’s still one of my top favorite Bak Chor mee. I love that their soup is light ,not too oily but yet you can taste the sweetness. Noodles are cook to perfection and springy. Their handmade dumplings are flavorful and yummy. It will be perfect if they give more minced pork, so those minced pork lovers do request to ask for additional minced pork.

Managed to hit the sweet spot timing. No queue! Yay! The noodles come with 2 meatballs and 2 wantons. The meatballs are bouncy with just the right texture. Taste yummy too! But a little small though. Wantons are tasty too! The broth was flavourful and not too salty. With a generous amount of minced meat. It’s my lucky day that I didn’t have to queue for it!!
