Singapore｜Rong Fa (Mui Siong) Minced Meat Noodles (榮發(梅松)肉脞面)

I'm on a ketogenic diet. Happened to see that there are many google reviews on this shop selling pork liver (without noodles), dry style. The pork liver is cooked to perfection - Tender and bloodless. Not flaky like some of those served elsewhere. There's also some minced meat inside. I requested more pork lard. The chilli and vinegar mix was done properly. Service was great. I was told to sit and the food was served to me. Would definitely be back again!

Wow! If you love pork liver, or just lots of ingredients in yummy soup accompanied by al dente noodles, this is the place! The liver served is in HUGE chunks, and lightly blanched, so it is tender and melts in your mouth. So much ingredients in the soup too... 2 meatballs, 1 fishball, fishcake slices, sliced taupok, chunks of minced meat... The noodles are well-cooked and seasoned too. If you order the double balls soup, you get a range of fish balls and meatballs with fillings. Only downside is the wait. We went at about 1.30 and waited for about half hour. Fortunately, it was worth the wait and we were not in a rush. Worth the price we paid, which was a total of $13.

Price : $$ Taste : 8/10 Value for money : 9/10 # Specializes in the freshness of pork. If you are a BCM lover , you will find that the liver is fresh with no powdery texture. Each slice varies about 0.5 cm thick and its tender when u bite it across. Noodles were normal and the sauce were good. Soup needless to say , plenty of ingredients and the freshness of mince pork and slices. Worth the make the trip and their customer service is good. 👍
