Singapore｜Jin Xi Lai (Mui Siong) Minced Meat Noodle

Probably the best pork liver in soup you can find in Singapore paired with good minced pork noodles. No grainy texture and also cooked to perfection! Can skip the fish balls and sliced fish cakes which are pretty generic.... Nice soup as well!

If you like pig liver, just order 加料, forget about the fish balls and fish cake, seriously you can just have it with minced pork and live pig liver. The ingredients for $6.50 portion is overwhelming, yet enjoyable. Especially the translucent thick juicy chuck cut of pig liver, once bite it’s springy, bouncy and it’s cooked to perfection with pinkish in the middle yet not too raw. This is so far my best pig liver tried, which I wanted to go back for more. Plus it also do not have the pig taste (general in frozen meat) although the full dish is made with pork. The soup is so umami that I finished it all. Noodle is a compliments to the soup for me. Overall it’s such a good bowl for the comfort stomach. Highly recommended if you like pig liver with minced meat noodle. Just hit the stall early if you do not want a long wait, they work efficiency is good although is a 2 man-women stall.

Came here for the pork liver and it didn’t disappoint. Pictures shown with extra $2 of pork liver added. Expect at least 30 mins of wait but good things are worth waiting for. 5 stars for the food. Environment is normal for coffee shop.
