Singapore｜Xiang Xiang Pork Noodles

Excellent soupy bak chor mee which is not easy to find since most of it is in the east. Soup was very flavourful from the sweetness of of the pork plus the garlic oil. They have sweet intestine noodle which is not commonly found in BCM stalls. Will be going back for the dry version soon.

Delicious! Order dry style and a bowl of meat balls. Meat balls are delicious.

A good BCM with really strong garlic flavour that may not be towards general liking. Pork & giblets were fresh, and soup was not oily. Broth was slightly towards salty side but enhanced the umami flavour when having broth & pork at the same time. Appreciate there was no garlic bits in the soup.
