More Comments at Google MapI found this GEM near my house when I try to google “yummy food near me”. I was a little worried if my partner will like the food as she is not a fan of French cuisine. After trying the food here, my partner is a convert now. Both of us totally love and enjoy every single dish. We finished everything and almost lick the plate. It’s flavorful, yet not jelak. Portion is just nice. Owner is very thoughtful to split the food for us knowing we are sharing it. We love every dish! Will definitely come back again!
Private dining sorta fare on the forth floor of Trio Building. Cosy 14 seater good for a relaxing date night or a group of friends (though u might be too noisy as seats are close together). Place is run solo by May, she takes orders, cook, serves and clears the tables so do be patient or go somewhere else. She still does an amazing job juggling everything and keeping the kitchen running like clockwork. Escargot is on the saltier side eaten alone but fine with the pastry. Not your regular puff pastry used here. It had the layers of puff pastry but crumbling melt consistency of tart shells, interesting. French onion is delicious with lots of stringy cheese. Fresh succulent prawns in spicy garlic butter is another winner. Beautifully done duck confit, mild crusty skin with flaky meat falling off the bone. The accompanying potato gratin to the duck is unanimously the crowd fav. Simple comfort dish but maximum satisfaction. Angus striploin was ok but we all found the veal with mushrooms too salty. Desserts so-so. No service charge or tax so do add a tip if you are happy with the meal, payment by paynow. $100 to secure reservation done by manual paynow.
What an Unexpected Hidden Gem of a place in Little India! I just celebrated my birthday at this lovely cosy restaurant! To begin with, the place feels like my own private dining space as max capacity is 12 to 13 pax. For the food, I love the Creamy Ravioli, Duck Confit, Foie Gras and the Creme Brulee! I also love the escargots and fish dishes too! The Lady Chef is friendly and does the cooking and serving! The food is simply delicious! I will certainly return again with my friends! What a Unique and lovely dining experience!
