Miam Miam French Japanese Cafe Kitchen at Bugis Junction is an exquisite dining experience that beautifully fuses French and Japanese cuisine. My recent visit was a delight. The cruises, especially the squid ink Pasta, were not just visually stunning in their black presentation but were also incredibly flavorful. The blend of flavors in the mentaiko squid ink and the richness of the teriyaki Barramundi with omu egg & salad showcased a perfect marriage of Japanese and French culinary expertise. And let’s not forget the Valrhona Chocolate Soufflé—a decadent, divine conclusion to a fantastic meal. This place truly excels in delivering a delightful fusion of tastes that leave a lasting impression.

Food is delicious but need to wait for some time. The squid is not as big as pictures, but it’s delicious!!! The rice is good as well. Can find the menu in the pics
