Singapore｜Ah Ye Kopi Toast

Food is above average and fresh. I gave service a 5 star because this is expected from a old-school/kopitiam-style establishment - straight to the point services, no Bs and no sweet talking. The staffs are usually overwhelmed with orders (up to 10 at once) so i can empathise with the aunties' lack of michelin-quality customer services.

The curry chicken is fragrant and flavourful. The Teh-o and Milo is consistently good. The Prawn Chicken noodle is generous on the ingredients and the soup is rich and tasty. The HK style noodle is simple and taste ok. The Curry Chicken noodle is quite average.

Food is pretty decent. Tried the Curry Chicken and prawn noodles. Curry Chicken is quite ok. Fragrant and just right in terms of spicy level. Prawn noodles has a nice flavourful soup. Only setback was the stall does not provide the cut chilli padi with soy sauce to go with their noodles. Their coffee is my favorite. It is always pipping hot, nice and fragrant. Prices are ok considering it is indoors in an airconditioned place. Will go back again. I visit again after 8 months and noticed that they now have cut chilli to go with their selection of food! Great job listening to feedback!! Also the steamed bread is the best around!! Soft and velvety with the right amount of spread!! Staff are super patient too! I. Noticed they patiently and nicely changed a rice order to noodles for a aunty and asked her what kind of noodles she'd like instead!! I will upgrade this place to 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.
