Best Kopitiam Corner I’ve visited. Spent $3.50 for a meal with tea. I had a budget meal of pao fan. It won’t fill your stomach fully but the portion is like a bowl of rice + soup. The ingredients (vegetables and meat) are just enough with an egg inside. I feel it’s a simple meal yet healthy and nutritional. Having a union card gives you special price of 50 cents for a cup of tea. Only in the month of May.

Many food stalls here. Food around sgd5 onwards. There is a sheng shiong near the coffee shop and other small hardware, household shops nearby.

Brings back childhood memories eating this mince meat noodle $4.50. Ask for black vinegar and bean sprouts. There’s a promotion going on currently - buy 11 and get 1 free. You can get prawn noodles and laksa too. I’ve enjoyed all of them. Open 7am to 7pm.
