There is a popiah stall that is great. Popiah should be simple, no gimmick ingredients, such as bean spouts, carrots whatever. And this stall nails it. Good balance of flavor, not overpowering. Not soggy yet moist and most important, there is a good amount of crisp to it. Check out their frog porridge stall as well. Local kopi is good too.

Nice rich aromatic coffee at $1.30. Very well ventilated, relaxing environment on a weekday morning, as most stalls are not open yet, and there is no crowd.
